Dr. Shruti Traymbak has been associated with Prestige Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida since July 2018 and presently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Corporate Connect. She has nearly 7 years of Industrial experience and 9 years of teaching and research experience. She has been awarded a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management in 2019 from the reputed Institute Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (Ranchi). She has completed her MBA with dual Major Specialization (Marketing and HR) from the same Institute. She has completed her graduation from one of the most prestigious college, Miranada House (Delhi University).

She is a recipient of AMP Excellence Awards 2019, which is set to be the most coveted awards recognizing excellence in teaching and research. Conceived by AMP (Academy of Management Professionals) and supported by IDMBA (Institute For Digital Marketing & Business Analytics) , Academic Excellence Awards 2019 is intended to celebrate excellence in management education by felicitating Academicians, Professionals and Edupreneurs for their remarkable contributions in the field of management education.

She has published research papers in acclaimed national & international journals indexed by Scopus, IGI Global and Cabell’s Directory. Her high-quality paper publication H1 index=1 ( 2019)
