AI in Leadership
Large Language Models (LLMs)
A comprehensive 12-week certificate program titled “AI in Leadership” was launched to equip leaders, managers, and decision-makers with practical knowledge on how Artificial Intelligence is transforming leadership roles in modern organizations.
The program was initiated after a structured need analysis conducted by Mr. Gurmeet Singh, followed by discussions with the Group Director to align the program with organizational leadership development goals.
Program Objective
- The core aim of the program was to help leaders:
- Understand how AI supports strategic decision-making
- Integrate AI tools into leadership practice
- Improve business forecasting and analysis using AI Strengthen data-driven leadership capabilities
