Detailed Report

The one-day Team Building Workshop was conducted on 22nd February 2025 for internal employees of Atkins Réalis. The program was designed as an executive education initiative focusing on experiential learning through interactive and activity-based methods.

The workshop commenced with an introduction to the objectives and structure of the session. Ms. Natasha Gambhir engaged participants through icebreaker activities aimed at creating a comfortable and open learning environment. These activities helped participants connect beyond their routine professional roles.

The core part of the session involved group-based team-building exercises and collaborative tasks. Participants were divided into teams and encouraged to work together on problem-solving activities that required coordination, communication, and trust. Outdoor and interactive exercises were used to demonstrate the importance of teamwork, leadership, and mutual support in achieving shared goals.

Interactive communication exercises and reflective discussions were conducted throughout the day. These sessions enabled participants to reflect on their individual and team behaviors, understand different perspectives, and identify areas for improvement in workplace collaboration. A Management Development Program (MDP) under the Executive Education Program was successfully conducted for Bajiya Group on 23rd November 2025 in online mode. The program was designed to expose corporate professionals to emerging digital capabilities, with a strong focus on business automation, intelligent workflows, and next-generation AI-driven decision-making.
