Introduction
A Management Development Program (MDP) was conducted for the Finance Department of the My Radio Division (Dainik Bhaskar Group) on 19th July 2025 in Pushkar, India. The focus of the training was to introduce participants to the role of AI in Excel and how it can transform financial operations, reporting, and decision-making.
Objective of the Program
The program aimed to help employees:

- Automate repetitive calculation and reporting tasks
