Lloyd Business School Signs MoU with Bajaj Capital to Bridge Academia and Industry
In a significant step toward aligning academic learning with evolving industry requirements, Lloyd Business School has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bajaj Capital.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions, and Mr. Nitin Ambardar, Sr. Associate Vice President, Bajaj Capital, in the presence of Ms. Urvashi Saxena, DGM – Corporate Resource Centre, Lloyd Business School.
The collaboration between Lloyd Business School and Bajaj Capital is built on a comprehensive approach to student development, emphasizing hands-on learning and industry-driven insights. The partnership integrates financial services–oriented training into the academic curriculum, ensuring that students gain practical exposure to investment advisory, wealth management, financial planning, and capital market operations. Through project-based learning, students will work on live industry assignments under the guidance of Bajaj Capital professionals, gaining first-hand experience in real-world financial and business scenarios.
Furthermore, the collaboration includes targeted skill-development initiatives in key areas such as financial analysis, investment products, portfolio management, Excel-based financial modeling, and core managerial competencies including leadership, communication, and decision-making, preparing students for impactful roles in the financial services and investment advisory domain.
