Lloyd Business School Signs MoU with Hike Education to Bridge Academia and Industry

In a significant step toward aligning academic learning with evolving industry requirements, Lloyd Business School has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hike Education.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions, and Ms.Ruchi Parashar, General Manager, Hike Education. The signing ceremony was graced by Dean Dr. Ripudaman Gaur, Lloyd Business School and Ms. Urvashi Saxena DGM-Corporate Resource Centre.

This collaboration is designed to offer a comprehensive approach to student development by integrating industry-driven training into the academic framework. Students will gain hands-on exposure to real-world business scenarios through live projects, guided by Hike Education’s industry experts. The partnership emphasizes experiential learning, enabling students to apply theoretical concepts to practical challenges.

As part of the MoU, structured internship programs will be offered to Lloyd Business School students, providing them with valuable industry exposure and enhanced employability. Interns will benefit from personalized mentorship by Hike Education’s expert teams, ensuring focused skill development and professional growth. High-performing students will also receive certifications, recognizing their accomplishments during the internship period.
