Introduction: The EEP wing, under the esteemed mentorship of Dr Vandana Arora Sethi, Chief Strategy Officer at Lloyd Business School, commenced a comprehensive module named “The Efficiency Compass: Guiding Teams and Operations to Success” for the Navy personnel of Indian Defence Forces. Under this, the first module of “Effective Communication” which was a two-hour workshop was conducted on 13th March 2025 by Ms. Natasha Gambhir, Learning and Development Coach, Executive Education Programme Team at Lloyd Business School.
