Training Session Conducted on Managerial Effectiveness


Lloyd Business School in its endeavors to extend training and development to other organizations in India through its expertise of Faculty experience and knowledge conducted a workshop at ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) on Managerial Effectiveness dated 16th June 2022, with trainers namely Prof S.C Kapoor and Dr Neetu Kamra, from Lloyd Business School.

Managerial effectiveness implies that managers should optimize the results by choosing the right products, markets, technologies, services, facilities etc. It attempts to change the scenario of business areas and maximize efficiency in terms of input-output ratio. The session included case studies from Titan, House of Tata. Also, mythological insights into managerial effectiveness and Indian ethos were explored in the session. Students conducted two behavioral effectiveness exercises on decision-making and personality mapping skills. The analysis of the same was conducted for the students by Prof Kapoor which had a resounding 85 % success among students.

The session was indeed a great opportunity to explore the managerial competencies for the development of students in ICAI with effective logical and mathematical skill sets into building managers.
