Lloyd Group of Institutions in collaboration with PHD Chamber of Commerce organized an Entrepreneurship Round Table Conference, on 15th July 2023 with more than 40+ entereprauners who gathered to share their experiences and achievements in their journey of exploration for sustainable business development ideas.

Lloyd Institute hosted this Round Conference at Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce, Huaz Khas Delhi.

The session started with an address by Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions who elaborated on the need for entrepreneurs amongst the young generation today and stressed the role of Entrepreneurs in the development of the economy, using the skills and initiative necessary to anticipate needs and bring new ideas to market. These legends in their very own spaces have created wellness and growth for not just themselves but for society as a whole.

The Guest of Honor of the day Dr. Rishi Raj Singh, Director General, All India MSMES Federation Ahmedabad, India inspired all the entrepreneurs for their efforts and their zeal for taking initiatives of change.

Mr Arpit Sharma, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Skill Council for Green Jobs, expressed the need to preserve or restore the environment, band expressed the need for new emerging green sectors such as renewable energy and energy efficiency that need to be focused on for a ‘New India’.

Mr. R.K. Sharma, AVP Head Skill Development, JBM Group expressed his opinion on the role of skill enhancement as the key to successful growth in futuristic growth for a sustainable Indian society.

The day witnessed a plethora of Entrepreneurs with more than 40+ companies which are start-ups whose leaders represented their thought and business aspirations to each other. This was one of the only events that have been held lately in the education domain in Delhi –NCR which witnessed young entrepreneurs all under one roof.

In today’s world, any discussion or debate across various forums on development, economic growth, or political stability, the attention of the world is automatically attracted to India, especially with the efforts of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi’s vision of Futuristic India. Expectations from India are not only from within the country but even in the context of global growth and development a lot is expected from our country. The round table conference between the bearers of businesses nurtured by Indian minds was an awakening of the efforts towards the envisioned changes for India in the nearing future which was the highlight of the Round Table Conference.

The conference among leaders emerged with strategic insights into the strong and sound economic fundamentals coupled with stable government as mantras for the growth of green projects and innovative ideation. They highlighted that Lloyd has taken up a great initiative and congratulated the Group for taking this task where students, will be propelled to look forward towards world growth, by evolving teaching pedagogy for a paradigm shift from conventional thinking to out-of-the-box thinking and intellectual debates like these would empower the relishing of innovative ideas for many generations to come.
