The purpose of Fresher's Party is to welcome new students in a friendly atmosphere and to encourage their creative impulses to boost their confidence. It is the day when seniors

and juniors finally bond and unite to celebrate being part of the college. The 21 st December 2022 was a memorable day in the life of every fresher of the academic year 2022-2024 batch at Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida campus. The fresher's day was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness, with the theme of "RETRO" Back in the 80s.

It is the day when seniors and juniors finally bond and unite to celebrate being part of the college. Students were welcomed with enthusiasm, and the event was organized by "Aakruti — The Cultural Club" of Lloyd Business School.

Light is considered as very sacred and a symbol of prosperity, in the same way as sunlight not only dispels the darkness of night, it brings blessings and happiness into our lives. The inauguration of event started by kindling the lamp along with the blessings of goddess Saraswati by our dignitaries. The event was structured in three categories: Dancing,

Singing, Drama, Stand Up Comedy & the main event, Mr. & Ms. Freshers of Renaissance 2022. It is said that Lord Ganesha clears the obstacles and paves the way for us to move forward. When it comes to students of Lloyds Business School, they never miss a single chance to take such blessings, and the opening act of the Ganesh Vandana dance was performed by the students, followed by a couple dance, solo dance, dance battle, and group dance.

The event further entered its main joyous stage, stating the various types of fashion styles and clothing based on the theme of Mr. and Ms. Fresher's 2022. The participants had three rounds, including elimination. The fashion show was focused mainly on confidence, chemistry with their partners, and the ability to carry themselves, followed by a Q&A.

Our winners are Ms. Fresher's Kavita Singh and Mr. Fresher's Yogesh Nagar. Such an amazing event could not have even been successful without the help of every student committee member and participant. The event ended with Dance, DJ music and EDM, where all the faculty members and students danced to the beats, removing all the stress and enjoying pure bliss moments.

Learning Outcomes:

• Know about the hidden talent of freshers.
• It's an event where you can meet new friends and get to know other people at the university.
