Lloyd Business School has organized a 6 days Orientation program for the new aspirants of the Management PGDM Program. The first day is a day for meet and greet. The day invoked the blessings of the almighty through a “Havan” conducted to perform the rituals of prosperity and wellness for all.
An introductory presentation regarding the various departments through a panel discussion through various departmental heads was conducted to showcase the various achievements and expectations set for the students for the upcoming year.
Genesis serves as a crucial foundation for our new PGDM students, equipping them with vital information, resources, and guidance to embark on a successful academic and personal journey.
A very encouraging Welcome Address was delivered by the Group Director, Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi. She showered her wisdom through words that enlightened students through the 3 I’s Philosophy i.e., Individual, Institute & Industry. Furthermore, a detailed chalked-out plan regarding the orientation program was elaborated by Dr Fehmina Khalique,Head Research & Development at Lloyd Business School. Senior Junior interaction was done enthusiastically by students so that they could experience the journey of the experiences and also imbibe the mental readiness and approach to what is expected in coming years
The Orientation Program has been planned across fascinating, ice-breaking, enjoyable, industry-led fun activities, motivational lectures, corporate lectures, Industry Talk shows, Yoga sessions, and industry visits to enter into the profound world of Management vistas.
There are immense corporate immersion programs like IBM, Career Education Partner with Lloyd who will be educating the role of technology in the ever-changing business scenario on the 25th of July 2023.
The highlight of the orientation program is the visit to the prestigious PHD Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi on 27th July 2023, where the students would be meeting their Industry mentors and also participating in a Talk show with the Industry.
An enthralling Corporate discussions have been planned which includes Industries like Pepsico, Google, Genpact,Aeris,Dainik Bhasker,Everest Grp, BigSpring etc .
Also students would be acquainted with various Management domains through exclusive lectures from Expert Faculties from Industry and Academia so that they can explore and understand the various rising opportunities in each of the upcoming domains in management.
At Lloyd health and mental fitness have always been the prerogative of importance, a Yoga meditation session is also being organized in the 6-day series of an orientation program to help students evolve their mental wellness.
Last but not the least the 6 day Orientation program concludes with a Band Show performance so that students can shake a leg and have some fun before the start of the new journey for them.
