Considering that human resources is a very vital component to development of an organizational growth perspective , the project on Dainik Jagran endeavours to provide a comprehensive and a conclusive approach to address attrition through quantitative analysis that was assigned by the industry. The project has been conducted in a phased manner , where in the Phase I of the analysis involved descriptive analytics and Phase II helped to develop the cause-effect impact of the reasons for attrition to predict the anticipatory attrition in times to come .
Most of the work we do in the field of people analytics is oriented to helping organizations understand what is most important to their employees, with the goal of making improvements to increase employee engagement and productivity, and reduce unwanted attrition.
Employee attrition analytics is specifically focused on identifying why employees voluntarily leave, what might have prevented them from leaving, and how we can use data to predict attrition risk. Most importantly, this type of employee predictive analytics can be used to help organizations understand and design the interventions that will be most effective in reducing unwanted attrition.
The present project aims to decipher the reasons for attrition by identifying the pain points so that the focus areas can be brought into light for an intervention by human resources.
The project was discussed elaborately on the 22nd March 2023 , with the visit of Ms Neha Vadehra Arora, National Head Human Resources DB Group Ltd( Radio Division) who with the project coordinators discussed the project discussions and deployment initiatives for the process implementation in the organization.
