Expected Outcome:

To contribute our token of thanks to the supporting staff of our college, the CSR club Of Lloyd Group of Institutions took the initiative to show our gratitude to them by conducting Secret Santa and a Thanksgiving Event, "SUKHIT".

Detailed Report:

SUKHIT — "Thankfulness is the quickest path of joy and happiness". The members of the CSR club volunteered selflessly, and the faculty took part in this by playing Secret Santa for our Supporting Staff. We started our activity by collecting gifts from our faculty members, who prepared them for us, followed by handwritten greeting cards and some sweets. We experienced how happy and excited they were.

We should always be grateful and respectful to our Supporting Staff because they are why we move ahead by taking care of small things. Thank you for your support and the hard work you always put into our daily work.

Gifts were given to support staff by Group Director Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Arora Sethi. The activity took place under the guidance of Dr. Ruchi Garg, CSR Club Head, and by active participation of Students.

Learning Outcomes:

Events Secret Santa or Thanks Giving Event "SUKHIT" can help show them that their work is appreciated and valued, which can go a long way in boosting their morale and motivation.

• Organizing the event can help develop the participants' leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interacting with the supporting staff and learning about their lives and work can help to develop empathy and compassion.
• It can help to build a sense of community and belonging among the participants.
