Expected Outcome

Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida, organised an International Conference for its Management students on 18th March 2023 (Saturday) at campus 2 in Greater Noida. The International Conference invoked a platform for Industry professionals and students to come together and discuss the changing paradigms of the Business World and the reformative and regenerative evolutions in the same.

The Conference was themed on "Technology Driven Strategies for Business Transformation". Industry professionals from various domains like Consulting, Niti Ayog, Manufacturing, Retail and Marketing, Finance and other sectors came together to discuss the changing role of technology in the management of business games.

The inaugural address was given by Dr Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director & Chief Strategy Officer, Lloyd Group of Institutions, to mark the beginning of the evolutionary thought-provoking discussions on Business 5.0.Many dignitaries from Industries were part of the Conference and were the esteemed Guests for the day.

Panel Discussion I: New Age Technology Enabled Business or Opportunities for Entrepreneurs.

The esteemed panellists for the session were Mr. Ayush Jain (Founder, Xane Al); Ms. Alakananda Misra (AVP - HR, Genpact); Mr Sanjay Rajpal (Country Head, YpsomedIndia Private Ltd.);

Mr. Shonik Goyal (President & Head SCM, Sheela Foam Limited); Mr. Sachin K Sheoran (Founder and MD, HBF Direct Ltd.); Mr. Shubham Saxena (International Marketing Manager, Aimil Global Ltd.) Mr. Mayank Chhatwal PHDCCI (Secretary, Moderator).

Another Panel discussion themed Panel Discussion Il: Emerging Skill sets in the world of Disruptive Technologies, was conducted with panellists Mr Pritesh Bhatia (Associate Director, HR, Jubilant Biosys); Ms. Priya Mishra (Dy General Manager HR, Apollo Pharmacies Pvt. Ltd.); Dr. Raj iv Tyagi (Senior People Manager, Mace); Mr. Shrey Deepum (Marketing Strategist, Google); Mr Sanjay Kumar(Executive Director ,Multani Pharmaceuticals) , Mr. Suhel Rohit Singh (Communications Manager Corporate, BAYER); Mr. Surender Kumar Kamal (Lead Global Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, Hindustan Unilever Limited); Mr. Ravi Rathod (Joint secretary, PHDCCI) (Moderator). The panel discussions were highly receptive to students' questions and queries about innovative marketing changes and the financial implications of the use of technology.

A total Of more than 500+ students from various colleges in Delhi and NCR attended the International Conference.

The conference had paper and poster presentations as further value-added informative platforms to enlighten people on technology-driven interventions. The paper presentations track included all business domains to broaden the discussions.

More than 50+ papers and 100+ posters were presented with very enchanting discussions, including faculty and students discussing thematic papers energetically.

The Best Paper and Researcher Awards were presented to the Winners, who were felicitated in the latter half of the day. Best Poster award was also granted to the meritorious teams. The International Conference indeed was a day to celebrate knowledge and informative discussions. Students honestly looked forward to the successive league of the Series of ICCIM, which Lloyd Business School has initiated.
