The primary objective of the PGDM Orientation and Induction Programme at Lloyd Business School was to formally welcome the 17th Batch (2024–26) and orient them to the academic culture, values, and expectations of the institution. By inviting Mr. Akshay Agarwal, Founder of The Psychology Solutions, the institution aimed to guide students on developing meaningful connections, effective communication, and emotional intelligence—crucial skills for thriving in management and leadership roles.
