The primary objectives of Diksharambh 2.0 were to welcome the incoming PGDM batch of 2024–26 and to orient them to the academic culture, values, and expectations of Lloyd Business School. The event aimed to help students understand the structure of the PGDM programme, gain clarity about their learning journey, and prepare themselves for the professional environment they will soon enter. A major objective of this session was to expose students to modern trends in Human Resource Management. By inviting Ms. Sheeba Tyagi, a Business World HR 40 Under 40 Transformation Leader, the institution aimed to inspire students with expert insights on change management and HR transformation. The objective was also to motivate students to embrace adaptability, innovation, and strategic thinking as essential skills for their future careers.
Diksharambh 2.0, the orientation ceremony for the PGDM batch of 2024–26, was held on August 10th, 2024 at Lloyd Business School.
