Dr. T. Prasad, an innovator, educator, and changemaker, is renowned for his unique pedagogical approach that merges classroom learning with live market experiences. His session offered students an opportunity to understand how real-world entrepreneurship can be ignited through education, empathy, consistency and ethical business practices. The session began with a formal welcome address, followed by respectful introductions of the institution’s academic leadership. A ceremonial planter was presented to the guest speaker as a token of appreciation and respect. In his address, Dr. Prasad introduced the audience to his acclaimed “Mandi” model—a practical learning initiative that encourages students to step out of the classroom, engage directly with market dynamics, and channel their earnings toward a meaningful cause.
