Objectives:

The objectives of Diksharambh 2.0, the orientation ceremony for the PGDM programme at Lloyd Business School, were to welcome the new PGDM batch of 2024–26 and introduce them to the academic environment, institutional culture, and professional expectations. The event aimed to lay a strong foundation for the students' management journey by familiarizing them with program details, resources, and learning opportunities. A key objective of this session was to provide students with exposure to global business and financial trends through an expert speaker. By inviting Dr. Pawan Bakhshi, India Lead for Inclusive Financial Systems at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the institution aimed to offer students valuable insights into the evolving financial landscape and the „Future of Finance in a Digital Globalized World.‟ The goal was to inspire students to think globally, understand digital transformation in finance, and prepare themselves for leadership roles in an increasingly interconnected world.
