The primary objectives of the PGDM Orientation and Induction Program at Lloyd Business School were to formally welcome the distinguished 17th Batch (2024–26) and to familiarize them with the academic structure, institutional values, and expectations of the PGDM program. The event aimed to provide students with a strong, motivating start to their management journey by offering them exposure to industry leadership and real-world insights. By inviting Mr. Shaleen Manik, the esteemed CHRO at Transmission India, the institution sought to inspire students with his professional wisdom and leadership perspective.
