Objectives:

The objective of “The Alumni Talk Series – Margdarshan”, held on 25th April 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in the Seminar Hall of Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida, and coordinated by Ms. Neha Issar, was to create a meaningful platform that connects academic learning with real-world industry exposure for PGDM students. With the active participation of 79 students, the session aimed to enrich learners’ understanding of the corporate ecosystem by introducing them to the experiences and career journey of distinguished alumnus Mr. Yogesh Nagar.

This initiative aimed to provide students with key insights into industry expectations, essential professional skills, and career development pathways to help them make informed professional decisions. By inviting an accomplished alumnus, the session sought to motivate and guide students through real-life industry experiences and success strategies. Overall, the event aimed to bridge classroom learning with practical application, enhance corporate readiness, and build the competencies needed for future managerial roles.

On April 25th, 2025, Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida, organized its recurring leadership interaction platform—“Margdarshan” Alumni Meet: Talk Series. The session featured alumnus Mr. Yogesh Nagar, currently serving as Senior Executive – HR at Prudent, who interacted with PGDM students and shared valuable insights from his professional journey.

Mr. Yogesh discussed his career experiences, highlighting the transition from student life to the corporate world. He explained the evolving HR landscape, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and workplace expectations. His practical examples helped students connect theoretical concepts with real HR practices.

Students actively participated in the Q&A segment, seeking guidance on internships, interviews, resume building, and corporate skill development. The session enabled students to gain clarity on industry trends and expectations, making the event highly enriching and impactful.
