As part of the Margdarshan – The Alumni Talk Series, Lloyd Business School had the privilege of hosting Ms. Priya Dubey, an accomplished Recruitment Coordinator at Randstad, currently managing client relations for Microsoft (North America, Canada & LATAM) and driving Microsoft's Employee Referral Program

The session titled "Behind the Scenes of Hiring: The Crucial Role of Recruitment Coordination" offered the PGDM Batch 2025–27 an in-depth view into the dynamic world of recruitment. Ms. Dubey shared her professional journey, emphasizing the complexities and nuances of recruitment coordination — a role often overlooked yet critical in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes.
