The primary objective of inviting Mr. Narrottam Sharma, as the Chief Guest for the Convocation Ceremony of the PGDM Batch 2022–24 was to inspire graduating students with his exceptional journey of professional excellence and academic accomplishment. The session aimed to motivate students to embrace leadership with confidence, develop a future-oriented mindset, and learn from the experiences of a leader who has worked with global organizations and prestigious institutions. The institution organized the Convocation Ceremony session on “Organizational Growth & Innovation,” delivered by Mr. Narrottam Sharma, Chief Information Officer, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., who shared valuable insights on how organizations can achieve sustainable growth through innovation and digital leadership.
