Detailed Report

The Cultural Club of Lloyd Business School organized a colorful and energetic celebration titled "Raasotsav 2024 – Dandiya Night" on 10 October 2024 under the guidance of Faculty Coordinator Ms. Saloni. This festive evening was dedicated to celebrating the joy and cultural heritage of the Navratri festival through lively dance, traditional music, and enthusiastic student participation.

The Lloyd Courtyard was beautifully decorated with vibrant drapes, traditional lanterns, rangoli designs, and festive lighting, creating a perfect ambiance for Dandiya and Garba. The event began at 5:00 PM with a warm welcome by the Cultural Club members, followed by the introduction of the evening's theme and significance.

Students arrived dressed in colorful traditional attire, adding charm and authenticity to the celebration. The music commenced with traditional Garba beats, encouraging students to form circles and dance in sync. As the evening progressed, vibrant Dandiya sessions engaged participants in rhythmic group dances filled with energy and excitement.

To make the event more engaging, fun competitions such as Best Dancer, Best Traditional Attire, and Best Garba Group were conducted. Faculty members also joined in the festivities, appreciating the enthusiasm and cultural spirit of the students.

The event witnessed active participation from the PGDM batch (2024–2026) and created an atmosphere of celebration, togetherness, and cultural pride. The faculty coordinator applauded the efforts of the Cultural Club for organizing a well-coordinated and lively event.

The evening concluded with group photographs, prize announcements, and a vote of thanks, making Raasotsav 2024 a memorable event for all.
