The Business Analytics Club of Lloyd Business School successfully organized an innovative activity titled “Design Thinking 5.0” on 18 October 2024 under the guidance of Faculty Coordinators Dr. Neetu Kamra and Ms. Neha Issar. The activity aimed to equip PGDM students with the foundational understanding of Design Thinking and demonstrate how emerging technologies and analytics contribute to modern business innovation.

The session began at 11:00 AM with a welcome note by the club members, followed by an introduction to the concept of Design Thinking 5.0, which integrates human-centered design with technology, AI, and analytics. Students participated in interactive discussions on empathy mapping, problem identification, ideation, prototyping, and testing.

Hands-on group activities were conducted, where teams worked on real-world business challenges, applying data-driven insights to propose innovative and feasible solutions. The session created an engaging and collaborative environment, allowing students to explore the intersection of creativity and analytics.

The activity received an enthusiastic response from students, especially from the PGDM batch (2024–2026), who appreciated the practical exposure and teamwork experience. Faculty coordinators praised the efforts of the Business Analytics Club and emphasized the importance of combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.

The event concluded with group presentations and a vote of thanks, marking the successful completion of Design Thinking 5.0.
