Ms. Palak is an ardent researcher in the field of law and a licensed lawyer. She holds a degree of LLM in business law from Amity University, Noida. She has a total experience of 5 years in the legal industry which includes 3 years of practicing in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and Telecommunication Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT, New Delhi) and 2 years of experience in academics. She has been associated with Lloyd Business School since February 2020.

Teaching interests: Legal aspects of business, Business law, International business law, Company law, International business management, Income tax law, Good and services tax law, Business organization and ethics, Import Export documentation, Business environment.

  • Paper titled “Industrial and individual disputes under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947” in the Volume 4 Issue 8 (2015) 17 of Law Journal Academike by Lawctopus.

  • Presented a research paper titled “ORGAN DONATION IN INDIA” and won the BEST STUDY with Consumers India, New Delhi in 2015 The major findings emanating from this study were shared with Prime Minister of India , Health Minister and others with an appeal to ensure that the benefits of scientific advancements in the field of organ donation reach the masses.
  • Presented a report titled “Truth about Doping and Performance in Sports” with Consumers India, New Delhi in January 2016.
  • Presented a Management Development Programmed on the topic “E- learning Initiative Theme: Legal Challenges for Start ups in India” organized by Lloyd Business School in April 2020.

  • Attended the workshop organized by BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA on the topic “Professional legal education” in March, 2012
  • Assisted the NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN (NCW) in the Workshop for the Police and Army personnel on the topic “Gender sensitization and capacity building on women’s legal rights” held in April 2012.
  • Assisted in organizing the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON “HUMAN TRAFFICKING: A SOCIO-LEGAL FACET OF MODERN WORLD”, by Amity Law School, Centre-II, Noida in 2014.
  • Attended the 2 days training programme on the topic “Advocacy Skills” conducted by Indian Institute of Legal and Professional Development at Telecom Disputes Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) from 19th to 20th January 2019.
