A specialist in HR and Analytics with more than 16 years of corporate and
academic experience, Dr. Neetu Kamra has previously worked as Faculty
with
organizations such as MERI and visiting Faculty at Amity University. She
has also worked as Change Management Team and HR Generalist &Specialist
in Performance Management for TCS-Delhi. She is a Certified Consultant
in SAP-HR, and worked on projects like Total Energies and Mc Vities as
SAP-HR Consultant.
A recipient of the prestigious ‘Best Young Faculty Award” 2021 in Data
Science, from the coveted Analytics India Magazine, she aspires to drive
managerial science in to the field of Management. She is also an IBM
certified Consultant in Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics and
Artificial Intelligence.
Dr. Kamrais currently Area Chairperson, Analytics and Data Science at
Lloyd Business School and the IBM-Connect at Lloyd, managing the
Analytics and Data Science Program at PG/UG level.
She is soon to complete her Doctorate in Socio-Technical systems and its
impact on organizations from Amity University.
