Mr. Ashutosh Kasera is an Associate Professor with over 25 years of experience in academia, research, and digital consulting, working across the domains of technology, business, and education. He brings a rare convergence of academic depth, strategic insight, and hands-on industry exposure, which shapes his approach to teaching, mentoring, and institutional development. He holds postgraduate degrees in Computer Applications and Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Applications.

Mr. Kasera has taught and mentored students across programs including MBA, PGDM, MCA, BCA, and BBA, delivering courses in Data Structures, Programming Languages, SQL, Operating Systems, MIS, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Knowledge Management Systems. His structured, learner-centric pedagogy integrates real-world applications, data-driven insights, and industry-aligned content to create relevant and impactful learning experiences.

Alongside his academic career, he has worked as a Digital Strategy and Branding Consultant, advising over 50 clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, and India. His consulting expertise spans SEO, content strategy, digital marketing, UI/UX optimization, and performance analytics across a wide spectrum of sectors.

He has held several key institutional roles, including Head of Department, Controller of Examinations, and Proctor, and has contributed actively to academic quality enhancement, faculty development, and curriculum innovation. He has conducted several Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and Management Development Programs (MDPs) on topics such as advanced Excel, web analytics, website development, and outcome-based education.

A published author and contributor to Scopus-indexed publications, his research explores areas such as human-centric computing, digital learning ecosystems, and emotion-aware systems. He has presented at reputed academic forums hosted by FMS Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad, BITS Pilani, ISB Hyderabad, among others.
