Dr. Aaiman Siddiqui is a PhD, M.com, NET—JRF and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida. She is a young professional having a specialized domain of Human Resource Management and has successfully completed PhD thesis on the topic “Assessing the Impact of Organizational Culture on the Stress Level of Faculty Members of Universities: A Comparative Study of Public and Private Universities in Uttar Pradesh”

She has many National and International publications to her credit, which includes Research Paper, book chapters. She also has SN Malhotra Memorial Gold Medal (M.Com, 2018), Young Researcher Award 2022 and Influential Women Leaders Award 2023 to her credit.

Dr. Siddiqui was invited as Speaker to the 6th International Conference 2024 on Religion and Culture Sciences, Universitas Islam Kadiri, East Java, Indonesia. Apart from this she has also been Resource Person for various conferences held in Indonesia and Malaysia.

She has been an active participant to International Conferences, FDPs and Academic Courses of her domain and has presented her research papers at various National and International Conferences.

She is also Life Member at Indian Accounting Association and Indian Ambassador of Peneleh Research Institute, Indonesia.
