Dr. Nakshatresh Kaushik having a rich experience of more than 18 years in teaching, academic administration and corporate sector. She started her journey from a reputed pharmaceutical company and worked there for 2 years and then switched to academics. She has completed her Ph.D. from CCS University Meerut. Her area of specialization is HR and Marketing. She has done various FDP and workshops from ATAL academy. She has worked with various organizations as HOD and DSW. Her flair to interact with the students and counsel them has explored her interactions with the students.

She is currently working with Lloyd Business School as Dean Student Welfare and Associate Professor

Teaching Interests: HRM, OB, Marketing Management, Sales and Retail Management, Consumer Behavior and Marketing Communications.
