Dr. Ruchi Gupta is an accomplished academician and Human Resource Management professional with more than 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic development. She is currently serving as Associate Professor in the area of Human Resource Management at Lloyd Group of Institutions. She is a alumni of Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
Throughout her academic career, she has been associated with some of India's most prestigious educational institutions, including Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and Delhi School of Economics, where she contributed significantly to teaching, student mentoring, and academic excellence. Her extensive exposure to diverse academic environments has enabled her to develop a strong foundation in management education and research.
Dr. Gupta's areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and HR Analytics. She is deeply committed to nurturing future business leaders through innovative teaching methodologies, experiential learning, and industry-oriented pedagogy.
This dedicated researcher has published 11 research papers in reputed national and international journals. Her scholarly work reflects her interest in contemporary human resource practices, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and emerging trends in workplace management. She actively participates in academic conferences, faculty development programmes, and research initiatives that contribute to the advancement of management education.
In recognition of her exceptional contribution to teaching and student development, Dr. Gupta was honoured with the Best Teacher Award in 2018. She is widely appreciated for her student-centric approach, commitment to academic excellence, and passion for fostering an engaging learning environment.
