Dr. Sameeksha Madan serves as an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. With over six years of academic experience teaching commerce and management students, her academic background supports her commitment to delivering concept-based and application-oriented learning. Her teaching approach integrates theoretical foundations with contemporary industry practices, case-based learning, and skill-oriented pedagogy to enhance student engagement and employability.

Dr. Madan holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Allahabad and is UGC-NET and JRF qualified in Commerce. She also holds an M.Com with specialization in HRM and Marketing and a B.Com with specialization in Insurance Management.

Prior to joining Lloyd Business School, she served as an Assistant Professor (OCFD) at Gautam Buddha University and was associated with the University of Allahabad as a Senior and Junior Research Fellow. She has also undertaken guest teaching assignments at institutions such as Kulbhaskar Ashram PG College, Prayagraj, Allahabad Public School, Prayagraj, etc. where she contributed to teaching and academic mentoring. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals and contributed book chapters with reputed publishers. She has presented her scholarly work at national and international conferences and has received recognition, including Best Paper Awards at reputed academic forums.

Research Interests: Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention, Work-Life Balance, Remote Work Practices, Generation Z workforce expectations, Other Contemporary HR Issues.
