Dr. Shilpi Sarna, Professor (HR and Law) & HOD – UG Management Department at Lloyd Institute, holds a Ph.D. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and brings over 23 years of rich experience across academia, training, and corporate sectors. A certified HR Analytics professional from IIM Rohtak, she is recognized for her dynamic teaching approach and commitment to fostering experiential learning environments.

Her academic and research interests encompass Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Human Resource Management, Competency Mapping, and Institutional Quality Assurance. Dr. Sarna has published extensively in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals and has presented her research at various national and international conferences.

Beyond academics, she has played a key role in institutional development through her leadership and quality enhancement initiatives. Her expertise also extends to conducting Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and training sessions for faculty and students, further contributing to academic excellence and institutional growth.
