Dr.Vartika Saxena is an accomplished Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resources within the PGDM department of Lloyd Institute. She holds a Ph.D. awarded jointly by Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI), Agra and IIT Delhi (MoU), complemented by an MBA, and brings more than four years of diverse experience in both academia and the corporate sector.

Her wide-ranging academic and research interests include Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Human Resource Management, Quality Education, Value-Based Systems, HR Dynamics, and several other contemporary domains in management studies. Dr. Saxena has established numerous publications featured in Scopus, UGC Care, and ABDC-indexed journals, and she regularly presents her research at national and international conferences.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Saxena has made significant contributions in the corporate realm, having worked as an HR professional with prominent organizations such as HCL Technologies, Goldman Sachs, Marriott International, and Info Edge. Her expertise in strategic development and policy formation has added considerable value to these organizations.
