She is currently working with Lloyd Business School as an Associate Professor. She has more than 10 years of industry and academic experience to teach/train a variety of courses including, Organizational behavior, Human resource management, Training and development, Compensation management, Business communication, Performance management. She has also been mentoring and developing students in the area of developing research papers and reports.

She has participated and presented papers in various national and international conferences held in India. Her research interests include Workplace bullying, incivility, abusive supervision and negative behavior. She has also attended more than 20 Faculty Development Programs and workshops related to Research methodologies, data analysis using Statistical tools like Structural equation modelling, R- for beginners.

She has authored case studies and research papers which got published in reputed journals like Inderscience, and The Case Centre (formerly ECCH, European Case Clearing House). She has been awarded with a Best-Case Award from The Case Centre UK for paper titled “Kwality Glass: Store tmospherics”, 2017. She has worked on a Project of Competency Mapping of NSPCL (a joint venture of NTPC and SAIL) employees and has conducted an in-company training programme on “Leadership Development” for NTPC Employees assigned by BIMTECH, Greater Noida.
