Dr. Neetu Bali Kamra is a seasoned academician, corporate trainer, and researcher with over 20+ years of experience in academia and industry. She currently serves as a Professor at Lloyd Business School, where she specializes in Human Resources, Business Analytics, and Emerging Technologies. As a Certified Design Thinking Trainer from IBM and IBM Master Certified Professional in Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, she plays a pioneering role in integrating technology and analytics into management education.

Dr. Kamra holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Amity University, along with a PGDM in HR and Marketing from Amity Business School and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Electronics from Delhi University. Her interdisciplinary academic foundation allows her to blend human capital insights with data-driven problem solving.

At Lloyd Business School, Dr. Kamra leads the Executive Education Program (EEP) and serves as the IBM Career Education Lead, driving collaboration between academia and industry for skill augmentation under the Business 4.0 framework. She has designed and delivered specialized programs in HR Analytics, Predictive Modelling, Talent Management, and Design Thinking for management students and working professionals.

She has also established the Centre of Excellence in Business Analytics and Emerging Technologies in partnership with Celebal Technologies, spearheading projects and student learning initiatives in Power BI, Tableau, and AI-based analytics. Her professional expertise extends to SAP-HCM, data visualization, and applied analytics for HR decision-making.

Before joining academia, Dr. Kamra worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she was part of SAP-HCM implementation projects for global clients such as McVitie’s and Total Energies. At TCS, she played key roles in performance management and change management initiatives, which strengthened her industry perspective and practical understanding of technology-led HR systems.

Dr. Kamra’s research focuses on digital work-life balance, technology integration in HR, ERP applications, and predictive analytics for talent management. She has published multiple papers in Scopus and ABDC indexed journals including Vision Journal and International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research, and has presented at IIM Shillong SUSCON and Delhi Productivity Council conferences. Her copyright “SUSTAPRENEUR” reflects her commitment to sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship.

A recipient of the Best Young Faculty Award (2021) by Analytics India Magazine, Dr. Kamra is also an Empaneled Trainer with the Delhi Productivity Council (DPC). She has delivered numerous Management Development Programs (MDPs) and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for organizations like Petronet India Ltd., ICAI, Shiv Nadar University, and JNU.

Through her leadership, Lloyd Business School has been recognized among the Top 20 Analytics Institutions in North India (SkillUp 2022).
