and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, enabling her to integrate managerial acumen with technological proficiency in her teaching
practice.
She has extensive experience in teaching students from the fields of Engineering and Management, and her pedagogical approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, industry relevance, and skill-based learning. Her
academic endeavors are complemented by her dedication to training and counseling students to become placement-ready and professionally competent. Many of her trainees have successfully transitioned into
rewarding corporate careers.
In pursuit of academic excellence, she has designed and implemented customized training modules for both online and offline learning platforms, with a focus on communication, employability skills, and personality
