Ms. Tanya Chouhan is currently
working as an Assistant Professor of subject “Management Concepts and
Organisational Behaviour” at Department of Management, Lloyd Business
School, Greater Noida. She has recently submitted her thesis and have
pursued PhD from (FMS - Wisdom), Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. She
has uniquely contributed in her research with Indian Ethos concept.
Currently she is working upon several research papers and chapters for
book publication. She holds post graduate degree in Human Resource and
Corporate Social Responsibility/ Indian Ethos from Banasthali Vidyapith,
Rajasthan. Ms. Tanya Chouhan have participated in numerous conferences
at renowned institutes like Banasthali Vidyapith (Rajasthan), Apeejay
School of Management (Delhi), Amity University (Gurgaon). Her subject
interests include Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management,
Advanced Readings in HRD & HQD, Indigenous Knowledge & Ethos. She has
done a Certification Program on “Emotional-Social Intelligence”
introduced by Dr. Sandeep Atre (Socialigence) and Qualitative Research
Methods introduced by Dr. Gerben Moerman (University of Amsterdam). She
has also done In-House Projects based on “Design Thinking” and CSR
project on “Inculcating Videos in Education System” and Marketing
project on “Flask Tie”.
