The primary objective of the FDP was to equip faculty members with essential leadership and team-building skills. The program aimed to develop their ability to lead effectively, manage teams, and create a positive work environment that enhances productivity and morale.

The FDP was conducted and featured interactive sessions, workshops, and group activities led by Dr Shilpi Sharna, Professor of Lloyd Business School, Greater Noida. The program covered various aspects of leadership and team building, including:
