Objectives:

The Faculty Development Program was organized with the following objectives:

  • To strengthen analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills among educators.

Day 1: Introduction to Case Study Methodology

The first day of the Faculty Development Program focused on building a foundational understanding of the case study teaching method. The session introduced participants to the importance of case-based learning in management education and its role in bridging theory and practice.
