Objectives:

The objective of this three-day program was to provide participants with practical and conceptual exposure to Text Sentiment Analysis, HR Job Description Analytics, Data Visualization, and Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs). The program aimed to enhance analytical thinking, data interpretation skills, and understanding of AI-driven decision-making in business and HR domains.

Day 1 – Inaugural Session & Fundamentals of Text Analytics

The program commenced with an Inaugural Session, welcoming participants and outlining the objectives and structure of the workshop. This was followed by expert-led sessions introducing the fundamentals of Text Sentiment Analysis. Participants were familiarized with the concept of sentiment classification, real-world use cases in business and HR, and the importance of analyzing textual data such as employee feedback and customer reviews. Interactive discussions helped participants understand how sentiment analysis supports data-driven decision-making.

Day 2 – HR Job Description Analytics & Data Visualization

The second day focused on HR Job Description Data Analysis and Data Visualization & Interpretation. Participants learned how job descriptions can be analyzed to identify skill requirements, role expectations, and industry trends. Hands-on workshops enabled participants to visualize HR datasets using charts and dashboards. Emphasis was placed on interpreting visual insights correctly to support recruitment, workforce planning, and talent analytics. The day also included an interactive panel discussion, encouraging participants to share perspectives and clarify concepts.

Day 3 – Generative AI, LLMs & Closing Ceremony

The final day introduced participants to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on advanced sentiment analysis applications. Experts explained how AI models generate, understand, and analyze human language. The session included practical demonstrations showing the integration of generative AI into sentiment analysis tasks. The program concluded with feedback and assessment, where participants reflected on their learning outcomes. A Closing Ceremony marked the successful completion of the program.
