Case Based Learning Materials

Case-based learning (CBL) is an effective pedagogical approach that bridges the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world business practices. In PGDM program, the use of well-structured case studies enables students to analyze practical managerial situations, evaluate alternative courses of action, and make informed decisions. This approach promotes active learning by encouraging classroom discussion, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving, rather than passive absorption of content. The faculty uses short cases from the platforms like Economic Times or develops short cases for innovation in teaching – learning.
