Business simulations are integrated into the teaching–learning process through platforms such as AIMA BizLab to provide students with experiential, practice-oriented learning in a controlled virtual environment. These simulations enable learners to formulate, implement, test, and evaluate business strategies by making real-time managerial decisions related to marketing, finance, operations, and strategy.
By engaging with simulation-based activities, students gain hands-on exposure to dynamic business scenarios, risk assessment, and strategic trade-offs, thereby bridging the gap between theory and practice. The simulation approach promotes analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, while also enhancing students’ understanding of the interrelationship between various functional areas of management. The use of simulations strengthens learner engagement and supports the effective achievement of intended learning outcomes. The faculty members are trained on this.
