Under its commitment to social responsibility and community welfare, the CSR Club of Lloyd Business School organized the Linde Biker Awareness Program to promote road safety and responsible two-wheeler riding among students and young riders. The program focused on building awareness about traffic rules, accident prevention, and the importance of safe riding practices.
The session provided expert insights into road safety norms, legal responsibilities of riders, and the critical role of helmets and protective gear in saving lives. Participants were introduced to defensive riding techniques, hazard anticipation, and the importance of regular bike maintenance to prevent mechanical failures. Practical guidance on emergency response and basic first aid further strengthened rider preparedness.
Through data-driven discussions, interactive engagement, and a Q&A session, the program highlighted key gaps such as limited awareness of traffic laws, low usage of safety gear, and inadequate emergency readiness. To address these, the CSR Club proposed sustained initiatives including refresher sessions, safety campaigns, practical workshops, and first aid training.
Overall, the initiative contributed to developing a disciplined, safety-conscious riding culture and encouraged participants to act as road safety ambassadors within their communities. The Linde Biker Awareness Program reaffirmed Lloyd Business School’s dedication to fostering responsible citizenship and creating a long-term positive impact on public safety and community well-being.
