Lloyd Business School successfully organized a Poster Making Competition as part of its ongoing Green Campaign on E-Waste Awareness, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. The initiative provided a creative platform for students to express concerns and solutions related to electronic waste management through impactful visual communication.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of the MBA, PGDM, and BBA programs. A total of four teams, each comprising five students, participated in the event, with five posters submitted by the stipulated deadline of 24 October 2024. The central theme of the competition was E-Waste Management, encouraging participants to highlight the environmental and social implications of improper electronic waste disposal.

The posters featured eye-catching visuals, relevant statistics, innovative slogans, and strong calls to action promoting recycling and responsible e-waste disposal. Key themes reflected in the submissions included recycling practices, environmental sustainability, and public awareness initiatives. The posters were displayed across the campus, effectively reaching a large segment of the student and faculty community and fostering dialogue on sustainable habits.

The competition proved instrumental in enhancing awareness about e-waste, while also promoting creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking among students. It highlighted practical approaches to e-waste management and inspired participants and viewers alike to adopt environmentally responsible behaviors.
