I was initially skeptical while choosing a college, but after thorough research, I decided to join Lloyd, and today, I truly believe it was the best decision. My academic journey in Marketing and Data Analytics offered the right balance of theory and practical exposure, further strengthened by an internship at Choice International, which gave me real-world corporate insight and helped me grow professionally, eventually leading to getting placed.

Participating in numerous events, whether winning a digital poster competition at or pitching startup ideas at IIT Delhi, it challenged me to think bigger and step outside my comfort zone.

My college journey has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Winning at the state level in Business Plan competitions at IMT and GL Bajaj was a proud moment for me and gave me the confidence to believe in my ideas. Being an active member of the E-Cell Club, Marketing Club, and HR Club helped me develop practical skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities beyond academics.

I was fortunate to get placed directly from college at AU Bank, where I received several rewards and recognitions. All of this was possible because of the constant guidance, motivation, and support from my college faculty. They always believed in me, encouraged me to participate, and helped me grow both personally and professionally.

When I joined college, I was very shy and hesitant to speak. I lacked confidence and avoided expressing myself. However, after giving presentations, participating in activities, and receiving encouragement from my teachers, I have become a confident person who is no longer afraid to speak or share ideas.

The faculty members have always been supportive, approachable, and inspiring. This college has played a major role in shaping my personality and career, and I will always be grateful for the learning environment and opportunities it provided.

Being a part of the PGDM Batch 2024–26 at Lloyd Business School has been a great learning experience for me. The course structure is industry-oriented and focuses on practical exposure through live projects, case studies, workshops, and guest lectures. This has helped me strengthen my analytical and communication skills.

I also had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant (TA), where I supported faculty members and assisted classmates in understanding concepts. This role improved my leadership skills, confidence, and sense of responsibility.

In addition to being calm and experienced, the teachers are also friendly and eager to go above and beyond to make sure we learn and succeed. Although difficult, the curriculum is comprehensive and useful in real-world situations. The curriculum is demanding but rewarding too, and the guest lecturers and real-world business case studies have given me insightful knowledge and useful skills. Working in a Company like IOCL as an HR intern is in itself a big deal. Although it was working from home, we got a chance to visit the office once, and then we were assigned with our work. The guidance that I got from my mentor helped me in completing my project work as it was expected to be. The weekly task assigned helped in gaining the extra knowledge and time discipline. Overall it was a great opportunity and I had a great time working with IOCL which is a Navratna Company. The exposure to processes was immense. My internship with Indian Oil Corporation Limited has been a great blessing for my career. I worked with the Human Resources Department at IOCL and have been paired with phenomenal mentors who have guided me through this educational internship. MBA program in various specializations can open up a plethora of job opportunities for students. I highly recommend this course. With respect to previous batches there were 100% placements of students who faced interviews. The highest package last year was 10 Lacs while average is about 5 Lacs. All the students provided with internship. Lloyd Business School has wi-fi facility and classroom strength is appropriate. Library is vast and ample amount of books. Faculty are Ph.D. holders, delivery of lecture as well as making students understand every concept thoroughly. The focus is academic as well as overall development of the students.
