Dr. Saumendra Mohanty is a multifaceted professional who seamlessly bridges the worlds of academia and industry. With over 30 years of experience in multinational technology companies, he has established himself as a leader in the field. Dr. Mohanty’s educational background, including a B.Tech in Electronics from NIT Calicut and a PGP from IMI Delhi, laid the foundation for his impressive career trajectory.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mohanty has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Thermax, Wipro, Hughes Network Systems, Primus Telecommunications, and Tanla Platforms. His expertise extends beyond corporate leadership, as he has also proven himself to be a successful serial entrepreneur. Dr. Mohanty has demonstrated his acumen in the startup ecosystem by not only founding technology ventures but also successfully raising funds and achieving profitable exits.
In recent years, Dr. Mohanty has turned his attention to academia, bringing his wealth of industry experience to the classroom. As a Professor of Analytics and AI, he has taught at several prestigious institutions, including Bennett University and Sharda University. His academic focus areas include Statistics, Research Methodologies, Machine and Deep Learning with Python, and Generative AI.
He is currently Adjunct Professor of Practice (AI) in Bennett University and Area Chair & Professor (AI) in Lloyd Business School
Dr. Mohanty’s commitment to education extends to doctoral-level mentorship, serving as a PhD Research Supervisor and participating in PhD defense panels at Liutebm University, Lusaka. He also contributes to faculty development by conducting programs on advanced topics such as Quantitative Research Methods, Machine Learning, and Text Analytics, utilizing cutting-edge tools like Python, Orange, and Jamovi.

Mr. Mohit Agrawal is an Associate Professor of IT and Analytics at Lloyd Business School, with over 15 years of teaching experience in prestigious institutions across Delhi-NCR. He combines a strong academic background with rich industry exposure, having worked in the insurance, banking, and retail lending sectors with leading organizations like Bajaj Allianz, ICICI Bank, and Magma Fincorp. His five years of managing credit analysis teams provided him with deep insights into the strategic value of analytics in business decision-making.
In academia, Mr. Agrawal has collaborated with several renowned institutions including BML Munjal University, FIIB Delhi, Sharda University, and IILM, delivering training programs on tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI, Excel Dashboarding, and Tableau. These sessions have helped professionals and students alike gain hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics.
His teaching areas cover Business Analytics, CRM, Data Modeling, Operations Management, and Service Operations. He focuses on simplifying complex concepts and promoting practical applications, preparing students to confidently use analytical tools in real-world scenarios for Hero Corp, ICICI, Mahindra Group etc. Passionate about continuous learning and student development, Mr. Agrawal aims to bridge the gap between industry practices and academic learning, making him a respected mentor and educator.
Dr. Fehmina Khalique is currently associated as a Professor with Lloyd Business School, Noida, India, whereby she plays a role of Head-research Cell and Area Chair for OB/HR. She has 22 years of experience in the field of higher education in Delhi NCR region along with industry experience in organizations like Titan Industries and Hindustan Times. She is Editor in Chief for in-house International Journal ‘Lloyd Business Reviewʼ and plays a part of editorial board for other Journals as well. She has to her credit 2 books, 14 book chapters, 18 Research publications, 5 case studies and 4 Patents as of now. She is also involved in copywriting, editing and reviewing of research articles for quality indexed Journals. She has organized several FDPs, MDPs and International Conferences and launched many Certification Programs with reputed companies for students. Ms. Neha Issar is a proactive professional boasting over 8 years of experience in the field of Research Analysis, with more than 4 years dedicated to Academic work. Her expertise extends to training in various areas, including Database & Query Language, Data Science using R, Data Analytics for Business Decision-making, an Overview of Python, Management Information Systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning.Ms. Issar earned her commerce degree from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University and holds a postgraduate diploma in Finance and Marketing from JIMS Kalkaji. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Management from Amity Business School.Her career journey includes serving as a Data Researcher at S&P Global Market Intelligence Pvt.
