Dr. Saumendra Mohanty

Adjunct Professor – Bennett University | Tribhuvan University | Lloyd Business School | Liutebm University | PG Diploma (Barcelona School of Management) Dr. Saumendra Mohanty is a renowned thought leader and keynote speaker in Business Analytics, AI, and Generative AI, with over 35 years of leadership experience across global corporations, startups, and academia. An alumnus of NIT Calicut and IMI Delhi, he has held senior roles at Thermax, Wipro, Hughes, Primus, and Tanla Platforms, and successfully built and exited multiple tech ventures.
Currently an Adjunct Professor of AI at leading institutions, he teaches advanced topics including Statistics, Machine & Deep Learning, and Generative AI. He designs and delivers impactful MDPs and FDPs, and consults on AI transformation using tools like Python, Orange, Jamovi, BERT models, and Agentic AI frameworks.
A passionate educator and mentor, Dr. Mohanty has guided PhD research in AI-driven stock prediction and regularly contributes to applied AI research, academic evaluations, and executive education. His dynamic industry-academic collaborations make him a sought-after speaker and AI evangelist across India and Southeast Asia.
Mr. Mohit Agrawal is an Associate Professor of Business Analytics at Lloyd Business School with over 20 years of experience across academia and industry. A B. Tech in Computer Science and Post Graduate from BIMTECH, he has worked in analytical roles at ICICI Bank, Bajaj Allianz, and Magma Fincorp.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Analytics, with research focused on the intersection of Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning for real-world applications.
A published author of several books and research papers, Mohit is known for his “fun with numbers” approach and has conducted numerous training sessions for industry, students and faculty across institutions. His consulting work includes projects with Hero FinCorp, Havells, and Dainik Bhaskar.

Ms. Neha Issar is a proactive professional boasting over 8 years of experience in the field of Research Analysis, with more than 4 years dedicated to Academic work. Her corporate experience includes associations with diverse industries, including BFSI, Corporate Data Science wing, Data Analytics for Business Intelligence, and Consumer Research. Her corporate stint includes serving as a Data Researcher at S&P Global Market Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., She also held the position of Senior Manager Investor Relations at Opera Gratia Pvt Ltd.
In addition to her extensive experience, Ms. Issar holds
several valuable certifications, including IBM Spark and Scala certification, IBM Data Science certification, and Cybersecurity certification. She is also a practitioner in IBM Enterprise Design Thinking and has received certification from IIM Bangalore in Predictive Analytics.
Dr. Neetu Bali Kamra is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background encompassing management, analytics, and technology. She holds master certifications in Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Design Thinking from IBM, demonstrating her expertise in data analytics and problem-solving. Currently, she occupies a techno-functional role in Business 5.0 augmentation, specializing in Human Resources (HR) processes and SAP Human Capital Management (ERP-SAP-HCM).
Dr. Kamra is well-versed in Business Intelligence tools like Qlik, Power BI, and Tableau, enhancing her data-driven decision-making capabilities. With a strong research background from her doctoral program, she excels in conducting in-depth analysis and integrating industry and academic experiences to bring great insights to her work. Her recognition as the Best Young Faculty Award winner at Skill Up 2021 for Data Analytics by Analytics India Magazine (AIM) underscores her contributions to the analytics field.

Prof. S.C. Kapoor, former General Manager at the Tata Group, is a highly respected academic and industry leader who has served as Visiting Faculty at several prestigious institutions. His extensive experience in senior corporate leadership combined with deep academic expertise has enabled him to contribute significantly to programs at the Indian Institute of Finance and Accounts (IIFA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and the Delhi School of Economics (MHORD Program). He has also played a key role in mentoring and training students at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), All India Management Association (AIMA), and Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH). Known for bridging the gap between theory and practice, Prof. Kapoor delivers impactful sessions on leadership, strategy, corporate governance, and digital transformation, enriching management education and executive development across these institutions.
Dr. Fehmina Khalique is Editor in Chief for in-house International Journal ‘Lloyd Business Review’ and plays a part of editorial board for other Journals as well. She has to her credit, several book chapters and Research publications. She is also involved in copywriting, editing and reviewing of research articles for quality indexed Journals. She has organized several FDPs, MDPs and International Conferences and launched many Certification Programs with reputed companies for students. She enjoys being a trainer in the area of research, AI in Research, and soft skills for management practitioners, research scholars and students for reputed Institutions across India. She is currently associated as a Professor with Lloyd Business School, Noida, India, whereby she plays a role of Head-Research Cell and Area Chair for OB/HR. She has 22 years of experience in the field of higher education in Delhi NCR region along with industry experience in organizations like Titan Industries and Hindustan Times.

Currently associated with Lloyd Business School, Ms. Goel is an accomplished Skills Trainer with a proven track record in the education management industry. Her training methodology emphasizes real-world scenarios, interactive discussions, and actionable strategies that drive meaningful learning experiences.
She is also a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer, further strengthening her commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering work environments.
Ms. Natasha Gambhir Bajaj is a seasoned Learning & Development professional and Training Manager with over 17 years of experience, specializing in soft skills, corporate readiness, and motivational training. Currently associated with the Lloyd Group of Institutions, she designs and delivers high-impact programs aimed at enhancing students’ professional competencies and workplace readiness. With a strong corporate background, including a notable 7-year tenure at Google, she brings real-world insights into the academic space. Natasha has also collaborated with more than eight leading colleges across Delhi NCR, consistently creating transformative learning experiences.
