CA Gaurav Arora is an experienced finance professional specializing in
banking, project finance, treasury, investor relations, and mergers and
acquisitions. Currently, he is the Head of Investor Relations and M&A at
CarDekho, an autotech unicorn. Previously, he served as Regional Head at
Kotak Mahindra Bank, leading banking solutions for startups and IT
companies. At YES BANK, he held senior roles in corporate finance and
relationship banking. He also worked at GMR Group, handling project
finance and treasury for the airport sector. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of
Laws (LLB) from Lloyd Law College, is a Company Secretary from ICSI, a
Chartered Accountant from ICAI, and has a Bachelor of Commerce from
Delhi University.
