T4 – Training. Talent. Trekker. Tribe Club, established in 2023 at Lloyd Business School, is a performance-driven student platform focused on preparing members for the corporate world rather than limiting development to academic competitions.

Mentored by internal corporate expert Natasha Gambhir, the club emphasizes practical exposure, leadership grooming, and confidence building. She consistently motivates students to think and behave like future managers, reinforcing that they are pursuing mastery and professional excellence — not merely a degree.

Through knowledge-based tasks, stage exposure, and project-driven learning, students enhance teamwork, strategic thinking, communication skills, and managerial competence.

Major initiatives include Corporate Chronicles 2.0, Stage Sovereigns Takeover 1.0, Battle of Wits 2.0, and corporate-style debates. The club also ensures that student achievements are recognized by senior leadership, including Vandana Arora Sethi, Ripudaman Gaur, Fehmina Khalique, and Arun Arora.
