Ms. Aishwarya Nigam has dedicated herself to teaching
for the past two & half years,
currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Lloyd Group of
Institutions in Greater
Noida. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with dual
specializations in Human Resource Management and Finance from the
Institute of
Engineering and Technology, Lucknow, an autonomous college of AKTU.
Additionally, she completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the University
of
Lucknow and has achieved success in the UGC NET in Management four times
consecutively.
Prior to her current position, she contributed her expertise as an
Assistant Professor
in the Department of Management, specializing in Human Resource
Management, at
Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow, for a
duration of two years. Furthermore, she brings with her three years of
valuable
experience from the corporate sector.
Ms. Nigam's academic accomplishments extend beyond her teaching career,
as
evidenced by her publication of a book titled Managing Human Resource.
